3. License and Permitted Use

You may not:

  • Train AI models on the materials

  • Repackage or present the materials as your own

  • Grant access to third parties (including employees, contractors, or clients) unless explicitly permitted in writing

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including products, text, frameworks, methodologies, branding, design, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.


5. Payment and Access

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • Access to digital products is typically granted immediately after successful payment.

You are responsible for ensuring you can access and download the materials.


6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are provided.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact support. Resolution is limited to restoring access—not refunds.

  • Business performance, revenue, conversions, or growth

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.

The Company’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

10. Account and Access Termination
